We presented them with a design for a new entertainment area in the middle courtyard that included a location for a fireplace as well as ample seating areas for hotel guests. Using some of the existing plant material we would enhance the ambiance of this area, making it more inviting for visitors. In our layout we also indicated the new raised drive at the main entrance, showing a paving pattern. Screening of the condenser units and other neighboring sites were provided with plantings or fencing.

We redesigned the back to include a retaining wall and upper terrace for gatherings, overlooking the newly landscaped backyard and spa terrace with seating around a fire pit. New plantings provide seclusion as well as an aesthetic landscaping layout.
